Privacy Notice

This notice explains the limited personal information Mirror Portbase handles when you browse, enquire or attend training.

Controller

Mirror Portbase is the data controller for information described here. Contact us at contact@mirrorportbase.click or Level 10, 74 Vazha-Pshavela Avenue, Tbilisi 0186.

Information we collect

The enquiry form asks for name, email, preferred service, optional date and message. The demonstration endpoint on this static site returns a success response and does not create a customer database. If you contact us by email or phone, we retain the correspondence needed to answer and arrange an engagement.

For confirmed work, we may hold scheduling details, invoices, payment confirmation and chart or journal material you deliberately provide. Do not provide account credentials, identity documents, complete balances or unnecessary transaction records. Basic server logs may record IP address, browser type, requested page and time for security and delivery.

Purposes and lawful grounds

We process enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract; booking and billing records to perform a contract and meet legal obligations; and minimal security logs for our legitimate interest in protecting the website. Optional analytics, if introduced and accepted through the cookie choice, rely on consent. We do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Session correspondence and learner-supplied charts are kept for up to 24 months after the last engagement unless you request earlier deletion and no legal need prevents it. Invoice and tax records are retained for the period required by Georgian law. Security logs are normally removed within 90 days.

Recipients and international transfers

Information is available only to Mirror Portbase personnel and service providers needed for email, file storage, video calls, hosting or accounting. Some providers may process data outside Georgia. Where required, we use contractual protections and assess the receiving location. Public image hosts may receive technical request data when your browser loads a photograph; they act under their own notices.

Your rights

Subject to Georgian data-protection law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of relevant personal information, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify the request proportionately. You may also complain to Georgia’s competent personal-data supervisory authority.

Security

We use access controls, limited collection and practical retention periods. No internet transmission is completely secure. Email ordinary chart material only after removing confidential account details.

Cookies and choices

The site uses local browser storage to remember your cookie choice. See the Cookie Notice for names, purposes and controls.

Changes and questions

We update this notice when practices materially change and post the new effective date. Privacy requests should be sent to contact@mirrorportbase.click.
